Welcome to Kapash, a comprehensive mobile financial application ("App") operated by Kinosh Innovations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kapash mobile banking application, including all features, services, and content available through the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Kapash App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and should uninstall it immediately.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Kapash App, you acknowledge that:

3. Description of Services

Kapash is a mobile financial application that provides the following services:

• Digital Wallet: Store and manage your money in a secure digital wallet
• Virtual Debit Cards: Create and manage virtual debit cards for online and in-store purchases
• QR Code Payments: Send and receive money using secure QR codes
• Money Transfers: Send and receive money to and from other Kapash users
• External Account Integration: Connect and manage external accounts including MonCash and NetCash
• Cryptocurrency Trading: Buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Kapash USD (KUSD)
• Investment & Savings: Access investment opportunities and high-yield savings accounts
• Rewards & Cashback: Earn points, cashback, and rewards on eligible transactions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal or regulatory requirements.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
