Refund Policy
Information about refunds for Kapash services and transactions.

1. General Policy
Kinosh Innovations LLC ("Kapash," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Kapash is a free-to-download application. However, certain transactions and services may be subject to refund policies as described below.
2. App Download and Subscription Fees
2.1 Free App
The Kapash mobile application is free to download and use. No refund is applicable for the free download.
2.2 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase in-app items or subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be made through the respective platform:
- Apple App Store: Contact Apple Support or use reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Contact Google Play Support through your account settings
Refund eligibility is determined by the platform's policies, typically within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Transaction Refunds
3.1 Money Transfers
Once a money transfer is completed, it generally cannot be reversed unless:
- The transfer was made in error and the recipient agrees to return the funds
- The transfer was fraudulent or unauthorized
- Required by law or court order
3.2 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails but funds were deducted from your account, we will automatically reverse the transaction within 5-10 business days. If the reversal does not occur automatically, please contact support.
4. Service Fees
Service fees (such as transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or premium feature fees) are generally non-refundable unless:
- The service was not provided as described
- A technical error prevented service delivery
- Required by applicable law
5. Cryptocurrency Transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible due to the nature of blockchain technology. Refunds for cryptocurrency purchases or sales are not available unless:
- The transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized
- A technical error on our part prevented proper execution
Important: Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. Refunds, if approved, will be processed at the current market rate, which may differ from the original transaction rate.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

- 2.Provide your account information and transaction details
- 3.Explain the reason for your refund request
- 4.We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days
7. Processing Time
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds to your Kapash wallet: 1-3 business days
- Refunds to external bank accounts: 5-10 business days
- Refunds to payment cards: 5-14 business days (depending on your bank)
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company, we may:
- Suspend or close your account pending investigation
- Require additional documentation to resolve the dispute
- Report the account to credit bureaus if the dispute is fraudulent
